1. Scope of Services
Yasir Jamal provides custom website design, product UI/UX architecture, frontend engineering, and digital strategy consulting services to client companies worldwide.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom design deliverables, source code, and assets developed specifically for the client are fully assigned to the client. No recurring licensing fees or restrictive builder locks apply.
3. Client Responsibilities & Feedback
Project success relies on timely feedback and provision of necessary content assets. Deliverable schedules are based on mutual responsiveness throughout the active project timeline.
4. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on a professional basis as specified in individual project scope agreements. In no event shall Yasir Jamal be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from third-party server hosting or external platform outages.
5. Revisions & Support
Each engagement includes dedicated revision rounds during design and engineering phases, as well as post-launch technical warranty support to ensure smooth operation.
